Probleme beim Drucken

Hallo zusammen, ich verwende Adobe Acrobat Pro 2020 für Mac und habe seit einigen Tagen Probleme beim Drucken. Ich bekomme folgende Fehlermeldung:

Aus folgender Datei kann keine PDF-Datei erstellt werden:

/var/folders/h9/x46rj_sj4ld34n1wh9ry3hz00000gn/T/PSRmsw0f.tmp

finden Sie in der Protokolldatei.

Hat jemand einen Lösungsansatz?

ich habe heute tatsächlich das selbe Problem gehabt und bin fast wahnsinnig geworden.
Wir können aufgrund von Versionsabhänigkeit wegen anderer Acrobat-PlugIns kein Update fahren.
Die einfachste Lösung für das Problem, war es ganz "klassich" direkt aus InDesign oder Illustrator, Photoshop etc. zu drucken... Ist nicht die feine englische, aber es hat für den moment geholfen...

Hat es denn mit dem Update dann geklappt?

Hope you are doing well.

 

The new version of Acrobat (23.06.20360) is now available, addressing this issue.

 

Please update the application from the help menu > check for updates and reboot the computer once.

What is with Adobe Acrobat Pro 2020?

For these lifetime version there is no currently update and the bug is still not fixed. Is there any solution in progress?

Hi guys,

I have the same printing problem since updating to Sonoma. I've allready sent the log colectors file to Adobe.

 

Could someone solve this problem in the meanwhile?

Habe das Problem seit dem Update auf Sonoma, dass ich noch nicht einmal pdf´s vom icloud server nicht öffnen kann.

Lokal von der Festplatte kannst Du aber PDF-Dateien öffnen?

Ich habe exakt dasselbe Problem seit dem Update auf Sonoma am Wochenende - aber leider keine Lösung gefunden. 

Ich hiffe sehr, dass sich schnell eine Lösung für Acrobat Pro findet.

Du hättest leider jetzt nicht auf Sonoma aktualisieren dürfen, bis das Problem gelöst ist.

I have the same problem since Sonoma 14.0. Adobe Acrobat Pro 2020 Version 2020.005.30524. DOesn't depend on the printer chosen, happens with all kind of pdf files. No issue when using MacOs "Preview" to open and print the pdf, also no issue when printing from other applications (like MS Office). Distiller opens and needs to be killed because it's not responding. Any ideas?

It appears that there is a problem in relation with Sonoma. There are many reports surfacing these days. My gut says that there is a privilege issue. But that's just off the top of my head.

Ich habe keinen Lösungsansatz, habe aber gleiche Meldungen bereits gesehen, nach einem Update auf die neuste Version von macOS (Sonoma).

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.

 

Is this an issue with a particular PDF file or with all the PDFs? Please try with a different PDF file and check. If the file is stored on a shared network/drive please download it to your computer locally and then try again.

 

What is the version of the Acrobat 2020 and the Mac OS you are using?  To check the version of the application go to Help > About Acrobat.

 

Also, check for any missing/Pending updates for the printer driver and firmware and try updating it and check.

 

What is the workflow/steps you are doing to print the PDF file? Please try to print the PDF as Image and see if that works. Go to Print > Advanced > Print as an image.

Thank you very much for your support!

I apologize, my English is not the best.

I believe it's related to the update to Sonoma 14.0. Everything was working perfectly fine before. I'm using Adobe Acrobat Pro 2020 version 2020.005.30534. What's surprising is that the files print without any issues when using the Acrobat Reader program.

Unfortunately, the problem occurs with all PDF files.

Since printing works with Acrobat Reader, it shouldn't be a driver issue. Additionally, I'm using AirPrint, and it works perfectly fine with all other programs.
