Problems with Adobe after update

Hi, I am having issues with Adobe after a recent upgrade. I am currently on Adobe Acrobat Pro Version 2023.008.20470

The entire layout has changed - I used to have signature and text etc at the top of my screen now it has moved to the side. I have tried to change it but it always ends up back on the left side.

The autofill function no longer works. Some of the Autofills from the previous versions still pop up but nothing new I put in gets saved. I have tried going to the menu - preferences - forms - Autocomplete and this is on "Advanced" and the "remember numberical data is selected"  It is not remembering anything.

Each time I open a document it seems to select the size it prefers - I have tried to change the Page display to automatic and 100% in preferences but it does not make much of a difference and I have to zoom in or out on every document that opens.

Please assist.

I have also been experiencing issues since installing this update. Most notable, aside from the 'revised' interface, when attempting to open or save to Mac file or folders, they are ghosted, including recent PDFs. They are accessible only when clicking on the file or folder. Second, I have always had poor to non-existant scanner connectivity through most versions. I cancelled a stalled scan and thereafter Acrobat would not allow me to quit. I had to Force Quit. Looks like this new version needs some patching.
