Hi Neill-fox,

As per the description above, you are facing the issue in copy and paste text in Comment, Is that correct?

Please check for any pending updates of Acrobat or Reader installed from Help>Check for updates.

You can also repair the installation files of Acrobat or Reader installed from Help>Repair Installation.

If the issue still persists, then please share the following details:

  • Are you facing the issue in Acrobat or Reader i.e. Is Acrobat or Reader is installed?
  • Is it happening with one PDF or with all the PDFs?
  • Check the dot version of Acrobat Or Reader from Help>About Adobe.
  • Is it a Mac or Windows machine?
