Purchasing Acrobat Pro DC without a monthly subscription

I simply want the updated Acrobat Pro DC program.

I had already made a purchase of Acrobat Pro DC.

With new tablet, I wanted to get an Adobe program that would allow

me to make corrections with the stylus right on the pdf. Apparently, that is not

an Adobe product.

Consequently, I only need to buy an app for the tablet which will do what DC does on my laptop.

So, I want to undo my purchase - I do not want Adobe cloud at all. Will you please provide the steps to

to accomplish this goal?
