QR-code in Forms

Good day! We are planning to launch a fillable pdf form with a dynamic QR-code in it. We developed the form using Adobe Acrobat DC. The QR-code is displayed when we open the file in Adobe Reader X, however it does not displayed after any changes made in values. A gray square is displayed instead the QR-code. Is there an opportunity (technology) to create a fillable form, in which changing the data leads to a change in the QR-code? Data changes will be done in Adobe Reader X.

A QR Code is not a bar code font so it cannot be easily generated. There is a too for Acrobat and Reader 9 and above that can be added to your application to generate and embed the SWF file with QR Code image,

For Windows 10 and Acrobat DC you will need to use the Rich Media tool and install the flash viewer. Your users will need to install the flash viewer before they will be able to see the QR Code.

LiveCycle XFA forms may also have a "built-in" bar code object with QR code capabilities.

I think the bar codes in LC also auto regenerate based on field values.

QR Code functionality in an XFA form may also only work in Adobe Reader.
