Question about the redact tool.

Hi

 

I am not sure if this question, belongs to this forum, sorry for the inconvenience.

Please reach-out to me if you are from Adobe support at my e-mail.

 

I am an admin for Adobe admin center in my organisation.

I have a customer who is unable to use the redact tool in Adobe.

He has an Adobe Acrobat DC licenses within our organisation.

 

He gets the below message from the Adobe Arcobat AD application:

Hi Sandert,

 

Thanks for sharing the screenshot of the error. Do you receive this message while launching Acrobat on Mac or Windows operating system?
