So when printing a PDF from an email in outlook. Acrobat has always displayed what is printing. Will now with the new update that is not happening. I have to print usually around 50 plus pdfs a day and this makes it very difficult to not see them. Because when you quick print you can't just keep clicking from one email to the nest hitting quick print because you will get a warning that the previous document is still open. Is there a fix to this or can i change it back?
Thank you

Hi Amal, are you aware that since Adobe has updated in the last 2 weeks or so, that someone like me has now lost the ability to remotely print with the Splashtop remote software? Also the quick print in Outlook does not work either

Hi Amal, when I'm remotely logged into a computer and try to print remotely
back to my own office computer, usually my printer screen comes up to then
ok it, but since the Adobe update, it never comes back to my office print
screen. That's all I can tell you, maybe a wee small flash on the remote
computer, it seems to me that the Adobe simply does not follow thru.
Best Regards

If possible, could you provide a small screenshot or a video recording of the workflow where you're facing the issue?
Also, share the requested print logs for a better understanding of the issue.

Hello, there is no screenshot, video or workflow to be provided. By this
time, you must be aware of remote softwares that allow users like me to
remotely log into other people's computers to do whatever is needed with in
this case is Splashtop. This software and most others allow Remote printing
back to the operator which in this case is me. Up till a few weeks ago,
until the new Adobe Reader installed, the remote printing worked fine, but
now, I can select the Splashtop printer in the remote computer, Ok it, but
nothing happens, no errors come up, nothing! That's it, don't know what else
to say. But I have a feeling that the updated Adobe Reader has something to
do with it.
Best Regards
