Quickbooks Adobe 10:10 Error in Adobe Acrobat 2020

Hello,

My firm has been having an issue where when they view previous bank reconciliation forms in Quickbooks, whe get the adobe 10:10 error. "There is a problem with Adobe Acrobat/Reader. If it is running, please exit and try again (10:10)"

The only temporary solution we have been able to find is to completely reinstall Adobe pushed out from SCCM. However this appears to only work for about a day or two before it throws an error.

Our firm is on Continuous Release Version 2021.005.20060, which is after the error should have been resolved.

Jackob5C75 - did you ever find out if the reconciliation errors were an issue with QB or with Adobe? I am having the same issue but all of the other QB reports - Deposits, etc all appear and print out just fine. It is only the "Previous reconciliations" and not even all of them. For example our blank reconciliations begin as of October 2018 through today (Nov 2021) and all the ones prior to that are just fine. QB customer support insists it must be an Adobe problem but I want confirmation from someonw who really knows to tell me if that makes sense when the other reports are fine.  So wondering what the cause of your errors turned out to be.

Hi Jakob,

sorry to hear that you are still experiencing this issue. If you are already running the latest version and continue to receive the same error, then please try the steps suggested in this help article here: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/error-10-10-while-viewing-pdf-in-internet-explorer.html

Let us know if it doesn't help!

Thanks,
