QuickBooks previous months reconciliation report [2021]

While in QuickBooks we are trying to pull up a previous reconciliation report for the checking account.  We get to the date of the reconciled statement, then click on Display.  We get an error message "There is a problem with Adobe Acrobat/Reader.  If it is running, please exit and try again. (10:10)"

We have Adobe Acrobat DC and we recently updated the computer to Microsoft Office 2019.  Does anyone know what to do to fix it as we already had a professional check it out with no success?

Thank you

We've got the same issue, and update didn't work on any of our machines.

Would removing and completely uninstalling Acrobat Reader DC make any difference?

Also, which software is the default PDF handler i. your iperaribg system: Acrobat Pro DC OR Acrobat Reader DC?

We do not have Reader installed, Acrobat DC.

There was an optional Update that looks like it was supposed to fix this issue. This did not resolve the issue for me.

So you have Adobe Reader DC installed in the same user account with Adobe Acrobat Pro DC?
