"Adobe PDF" resource files - stamp tool

Hi All,

 

I have just installed Acrobat Pro DC and when I try and use the Custom Stamps tool ie: to create a custom stamp,  I am getting the error: Unable to find "Adobe PDF" resource files. Do you want to run the installer in repair mode?

I have tried the repair mode + uninstalling and reinstalling the software + I have also used the AdobeAcro Cleaner as well.  I am still getting this error.

Does anyone have any suggestions I can try, please?  Thank you
