"Error 1719 Windows Installer service could not be accessed.

I get the following error when installing Acrobat 10

"Error 1719 Windows Installer service could not be accessed. Contact your support personnel to verify that it is properly registered and enabled."

1. Reboot the machine in normal mode, if logged in in safe mode.

2. GoTo Run->services.msc and start or re-start the windows installer service.
