"Fill in and sign" error

Hello, I'm having trouble with the "fill and sign" tool.
All functions, "add check mark", "add x", etc. They work correctly but as soon as I try to use "add text" the message "Operation failed because an unknown error has occurred" is displayed.
Can you help me?

Hi Fede,

 

Could you please provide the following information : 

 

1. Does this happen on all PDFs or a specific PDF document.

2. Are you able to use the Comment app on the said document.

3. If possible could you please share a sample PDF with us on which the issue can be reproduced.

1. It happens on all PDFs
2. Yes the comment tool works correctly
3. Attached is the image of the problem

(Sorry in advance for the language of the error message in the attached image)

This is the message that appears as soon as I try to insert text.
The text error message in English: "operation failed because an unknown error was encountered"

How can I attach the pdf file?
The blog allows me to attach only image or video files


Hi,

 

Open the PDF file in Acrobat and go to share. Create a link of the file and share it with us.
