"Free trial" window suddenly keeps opening on an up to date subscription account

I have Adobe Acrobat DC Pro. The subscription is up to date in payments. Without warning now, everytime I open the program app, a message comes up offering me a Free Trial -- there is no Already a Subscriber/Log In link, and when I try to click the Sign In button on the main window, the whole thing disappears, making the program useless in that moment.

What I wanted to do was add an image so I decided to open the actual account in a new browser tab and see if I could use the program online. The Edit function lists "edit text and images" but when I go in, there is absolutely no function indicated for images, only text.

Hello @robert13101

I hope you are doing well, and thanks for reaching out.

Please note that Acrobat Pro 10 is an old, out-of-support, and end-of-life product whose support ended on November 15, 2015. Also, the activation servers are no longer available. See this article for more information: https://adobe.ly/3JNYyjJ

The steps you are trying may or may not work, and Adobe strongly recommends that customers update to the latest versions of Adobe Acrobat Reader and Adobe Acrobat. By updating installations to the latest versions, customers benefit from the latest functional enhancements and improved security measures.

See Compare versions for a list of eligible products and product comparisons to Adobe Acrobat.

I hope this helps.

Thanks,

I just bought and installed a yearly license for Adobe Acrobat Pro. And I am getting that same message to Buy or Free Trial. I already paid for it.

How do I launch it and use it?

Hi,

Hope you are doing well.

We did check your account and found that you have an active subscription to Adobe Acrobat Standard DC.

The reason why you are getting a Free Trial is that you must be using Acrobat Pro DC instead of Acrobat Std DC.

If you have Acrobat Pro DC then uninstall it and download the setup for Acrobat Standard DC from here: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-dc-downloads.html

Once done, Sign In with your Adobe ID and password.

Thanks,

Akanchha

Mind is crashing. I keep getting a pop up to buy or do a free trial, and unable to view normal docs. I tried downloading the standard and it still doesn't work.

The same keeps happening to me. I signed up for the free trial and the free trial window keeps on popping up.
