"non-genuine" pop up message

Today I had a "no-genuine" pop message.

I have Acrobat XI Pro which I purchased in 2013 and had no such "pop-ups" before.

I've read online that sometimes this is only a "glitch".  How do I proceed to confirm if the program is genuine or non-genuine?

I'm running the program on a Mac.

Thank you!

MPB

Hi MPB,

As you get the "no-genuine" pop-up message, could you please confirm from where exactly you had purchased the services?

Refer to this link Adobe Genuine software for more details.

Also, go through this help document Warning: "Adobe Genuine Software Validation Failure..." in Windows and check if that is not the case with you.

Hope that helps.

Let u know if you need any help.
