"open documents as new tabs in the same window" not showing acrobat pro

On my Adobe Pro, the option to check/uncheck the "Open documents as new tabs in the same window" does not appear. Any ideas where it might have gone?

If you are on new UI, this issue is already reported to our engineering team and being worked upon.  We will share an update once we have more information from the team.
