I need to delete my own previously saved esignature that appears when I click the "sign yourself" tab (both a signature and initials appear). The grey minus sign (- ) next to both the current saved signature and current saved initials does not function, so there seems to be no way to delete the existing signature or intials. There are a lot of us reporting this issue, but I cannot find where an Adobe employee answers the question with a solution. So hoping that by starting this new thread, Adobe will wade in. Thank you

Hi Kurt36849330z4zk,
Thank you for reaching out and reporting this.
We are looking into this issue. Please confirm if this happens with all the PDFs to which you try to add signatures.
It would be helpful if you could share the screen recording of the workflow so we can share it with the team. Also, please share the Acrobat and OS version numbers. We will get this checked.
Thanks,
Meenakshi

Yes, this happens with all PDFs to which I attempt to use the "Sign Yourself" and add a previously-saved signature or initials. To be clear, I want to delete the previously-saved signature and initials and re-save
I am using Adobe Acrobat Pro, Continuous Release, version 2023.008.20421: 64-bit
Below is a screenshot of my workflow, with the non-functioning minus sign tabs that are not functioning.

I have updated the application and it did not solve the problem. What next?
With the update I am now running v. 2024.002.20687

It seems as if this top has been asked a lot by others, and the thread always seems to die after the suggestion of a software update fails. Surely Adobe is aware of this issue. I would like to know if I can expect any further response to my questions above. Thank you

Happening to me also. It is so annoying. In the meantime, our IT is trying to figure it out, thus far, no luck; and my law firm continues to pay the monthly fee for my account that isn't even fully operational. This has to be addressed immediately by Adobe.

This is absolutely crazy you cannot delete previous information by hitting the minus key and I have paid extra to use this feature. Is it really worth having Adobe if no one can help you.
