Re: Acrobat Pro DC crashes when I reorder page structure in the Order tab

I, too, am having issues with Pro crashing when trying to rearrange reading order.  It only seems to occur with files imported from Canva.  It has happened with multiple different files.

    I found a workaround by saving as a Word file, then saving as Adobe again.  That seemed to fix the glitch.  Be aware that Word couldn't do its own accessibility checker with this file.

    For the crash, please try the troubleshooting steps suggested in the following help document: https://adobe.ly/4mp6NB5. 

     

    As you mentioned, the issue occurs only with the files imported from Canva. Try recreating the PDF using Acrobat and check if the problem still occurs. 

    If that does not help, share the file with us and also collect the crash logs using the diagnostic tool. Once the logs are collected, share the log ID.
