Re: How do I send suggestions to Adobe?

Adobe, As a company, you are making it so easy to hate you.   You don't fix your products for your customers.  You neglect them.   You put up road blocks to your users in allowing them to use your products.   For instance, to constantly require a user to log in just to use your desktop product is beyond the pale.  I have never seen anything like it.   People just want to use software without having to jump through hoop after hoop.   It has gotten so bad that my company is now abandoning your product.  Way to go.  You are shooting yourself as a company in the foot and allowing customers to leave in droves to Fox-It, Nitro and other alternatives.

Hello Mike!

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We hear your frustration and are truly sorry that your experience with Adobe Acrobat has been disappointing.

Are you experiencing a sign-in prompt while using Acrobat or the free Acrobat Reader desktop app? Is this occurring during the launch, while opening a PDF file, or when using a specific tool? If you could share more details about the app, the OS installed, and a screenshot, we could assist you with the issue.

Try the suggestions from this article and let us know if that works for you: https://adobe.ly/4m56WKH

If you wish to share your feedback with the product team, you can use the Wish form to raise a request. However, I would request you to share more details so that we can assist you in getting the issue fixed.

Thanks,

Anand Sri.
