Pne problem is that the government hires corrupt contractors to do their software and documents. It is rare to find a working website or documents that actually work. One problem is that the software the government website is old version and when you connect to adobe to see if its the most recent or try to install the most recent the site says you already have it installed. BUT! if you check for update on the adobe acrobat DC program it says that it IS NOT THE MOST RECENT AND UPDATES.  Gee no one does quality work in our third world country. I just updated and I can now move the file out of this junk software and move to a paid version that works on another computer. Before update I could not use th majority of tools, save or print to PDF, share, print and wasted 5 hours on this worthless information put into the website app. The .gov website has NO answers to solve this, the telephone number has NO live people and the recordings do not cover this problem. Their is however a half page of instructions not on the DS-11 form that is necessary to follow for this service to work.... would be nice if this was actually printed on the form itself. No matter I just got a message from GMAIL that they already read my sons private passport info and are asking questions...WTF

Hi Robertb,

Sorry, that we could not address your query on time.

We understand your concern, but what you have described above, its nothing to do with Adobe Acrobat. These government sites are secured and they have set-up restriction to open/print the document.

If you are trying to view them online using Adobe Acrobat DC and its causing trouble, in that case you may first download the document and then try opening it using Acrobat DC.

As asked, Acrobat DC doesn't allow to update through site, you can directly install the update. Open Acrobat>Help>check for update.

No matter I just got a message from GMAIL that they already read my sons private passport info and are asking questions...WTF

Sadly, we wish we could but there isn't anything that we can help you with. Its not in our control.

Thanks,

Akanchha
