Same thing is happening to me - Acrobat XI, purchased in 2013, and just recently, "Serial number revoked". Be nice if I could get an actual person to resolve this. Support just says they're experiencing extended wait times due to volume. Adobe, turn me back on!

Did you purchase it from Adobe directly, or from a third-party? Have you ever registered it with Adobe?
