Re: Where is Download Now? Acrobat Standard DC trial only error.

Because I have a subscription for Adobe Standard DC, I should be able to download Adobe Standard DC that is not a trial version.  When I click on the link in the directions (Go to https://cloud.acrobat.com/acrobat, and sign in with your Adobe ID and password, or with your social (Facebook or Google) account) the Creative Cloud page does not have a Download Now button.  It has a Subscribe Now button.  I was told that I have no serial number because I ordered my subscription directioy from www.adobe.com.  I pay every month for Adobe Standard DC but I cannot download it to my computer..  Please tell he how to find the Download Now button on the web page https://cloud.acrobat.com/acrobat, as instructed in your directions.

Hi Geneva Allen,

Sadly, the subscription of Acrobat Standard DC on your Adobe ID used to login on forums is in a canceled /inactive state, and this is the reason you are not getting the Download Now Tab/button on https://cloud.acrobat.com/acrobat

You can check the status of your subscription through Adobe.com>Manage account>Plans and Products. Sign in with your Adobe ID and password.

You can also refer to Manage your Creative Cloud membership Link: https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/manage-cc-individual-membership.html

If you have the active subscription on a different Adobe ID, please sign in with that Adobe ID and password to download the Acrobat Standard DC.

I was able to download the program last night and activate it.  My account with Adobe.com is under the email address [Email removed by moderator]  The other account was supposed to have been deleted by the Adobe staff earlier this past spring.

Unfortunately the Adobe.com website is not very easy to use for subscribers.  Some of their links do not go to pages that help subscribers and often I found myself in a loop trying to follow their links.

Have you tried signing out of the Adobe Cloud then signing in again?
