Question

Read mode / full screen reset when opening new PDF document

Dear Community,

We are an accounting firm and use our 2nd monitor as a display monitor to display PDF invoices. In adobe acrobat reader, we use the "full screen/read mode" continously (CTLR+L) to have maximum pixel usage to be able to read the invoices clearly. While processing the invoices, the accounting software would prompt the new documents to open full screen on the second monitor (continously in full screen mode).

However, with the new recent update, the full screen mode closes everytime a new document is being opened in Adobe Acrobat Reader. How can I prevent the adobe reader from closing down full screen mode so that we can stay continously in full screen mode? I fizzled around with the settings in adobe but I can't seem to get it right. Thank you in advance for all support.

Best Regards,

Vincent

After 2 months this is still an issue. I think it was caused because of an adobe update in July 2021. Can anyone give support how we can return to stay in fullscreen mode ? Thank you in advance, Vincent
