Read out loud not working for Chinese format

I have managed to install Microsoft Windows narrator voice for both traditional and simplified version, and tried both on Adobe read out loud. But did not manage to read out any characters that I've chosen. Whenever I chose "Read to end of document", it will only read out some of the symbols, but not any of the character.
