Same issue. And I am not using Chrome. I am simply trying to Print to PDF by changing the size of the orignal page. I have never had any issues converting files. Now this issue happens.

I'm getting the message below in acrobat pro constantly. Adobe have said there is a bug - its coming up to about 8 months of waiting for this bug to be fixed. I have tried all of the things listed here - as well as Adobe agents remoting in.

Any further thoughts or knowledge of bug-fix timescales?

Thanks in advance, Julie

When is Adobe going to resolve this issue? Are any of the Adobe developers reviewing this forum??? This is so annoying. I pay for a subscription that I can't even use! This is ridiculous. It's been months. I've uninstalled and reinstalled Adobe, run a repair, and still the print distiller produces a Text Log error when using the Print function to convert a document to pdf from Word, etc.

RIDICULOUS!!!!!

FIX THIS!
