Hi

Could you please upgrade to the latest versions of Adobe Acrobat Reader DC and Adobe Acrobat DC and see if the issue is resolved. By updating installations to the latest versions, users benefit from the latest functional enhancements and improved security measures.

Hi,

Support for old products like Acrobat 10.x had been ended few years back. You can see the details on the below links regarding EOL:

What's the exact version number of the application (You can find it out by going to Help - About Adobe Acrobat)? What's your OS version?

 

Acrobat X is an old and outdated version, so it's not surprising that this kind of error happens if you're running it on a current operating system, like Windows 10.

Windows version is 10 pro 2004 and 1908 and Acrobat pro X

but its working on other systems with same OS and Acrobat version

Make sure you update it to the latest version possible (10.1.16). Updates are available here: ftp://ftp.adobe.com/pub/adobe/acrobat/win/10.x/

And maybe run it in Compatibility Mode with an earlier OS, like Windows 7.

Beyond that there's not much else that can be done/
