Recolor entire pdf drawing in Adobe pro

Are you willing to change the display of the document or the color of the actual content?

Try one of the following suggestions and see if that helps:

1- Open file>Menu>Preferences> Accessibility> Replace Document Colors

2- Change the color accordingly >OK

Or,

File>Print> select Adobe PDF as printer>uncheck "Print in grayscale">Save it 

It will appear in its original color, and now you can repeat the above process

Just to change the display theme, Menu>View>Display theme
