redact tool leads to acrobat application crash

I am attempting to combine files and redact sensitive information from a documant however when I confirm the redaction my application just closes or crashes with no warning or error mesage. I have tried restarting my computer multiple times and even reached out to my IT department for help however cant find a solution to this problem. Hoping somone can give some help, thanks!
