An co-worker has a problem trying to redact single lines of texts on a confidential document. The redaction function keeps blacking out all text boxes in the document, which is not what he wants. Not even redacting via "Find text and redact" is able to detect the text he needs to redact. He tests it on any other file, and the redaction function works fine. It's only one one type of PDF file that it's not working. My question to Adobe is how to resolve this issue.

Hi @Michael38686271rp70
The document page may have an image, and OCR wasn't done correctly. Also, the file may not have been created by an Adobe Solution.
We can share more information about this issue if you can share the file as suggested by @JR Boulay

Printing a document via a PDF printer flattens it, making it kind of an image. That is why when you were redacting it, it was treating it as an image.
