I purchased Acrobat Pro DC and downloaded it onto my laptop. I had to replace my laptop and trying to download the purchased Acrobat Pro DC onto my new laptop but cannot access the redemption code. How do I retrieve my redemption code for the download?

- includes link to your Adobe account to check for registered serial numbers

- when you find your serial number(s) write them down and put in a desk drawer
