Refund
Hi,
I applied for the 7-Day free trial. As I went to cancel my subscription on the last day of the trial as I am not satisfied with the product and will not be using it, it had already charged me £58.99 for a yearly subscription - I would like a refund as I will not be using this application and due to the app not allowing me to cancel the subscription I failed to cancel in time before the payment was already taken out my bank account... of course ironically as soon as the money was taken I had no problem cancelling the subscription....
I am extremely dissatisfied and would require a full refund ASAP. However I am unsure how or where I would go about enquiring this?
