Refusal of Adobe to let me cancel a trial subscription

I have a 7-day free trial of AdobePro. I have tried many times but you website freezes and refuses me the opportuity to complete the cancellation. 

I think it wouold be theft if you still charged my Credit Card under these circumstances.

Indeed, that is not very good practice. I recommend you try it again, maybe using a different browser on a different machine. If it still doesn't work contact Adobe directly and request they cancel it. If all else fails, report this issue to your bank and/or credit-card company, and have them block the payment.
