Reinstalling Adobe Acrobat 2020

Question

I have reinstalled Adobe Acrobat DC 2020, which I purchased in 2020. The Installation seems to work, but I cannot open the program.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled three times. What am I doing wrong?

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with launching Acrobat.

Do you see any window pop-up when trying to launch the app, or any error message?

Also, are you launching the app directly or by double-clicking a PDF file?

Would you mind opening the app as an Administrator (Windows only)? To do so, right-click the app icon > run as administrator.
