Remove the toolbar durable

I have a concern with the Adobe DC. I was able to completely remove the toolbar by deleting code line 2-8 in the Viewer.aapp file.

However, there is still the menu bar which causes me problems. Is there a way to permanently disable the menu bar? The best thing about the registry.

Each time you scroll, the menu bar is displayed again and must be hidden in the background with F8.
