Removing Gridline

Can somebody help me remove the gridlines from my document?  I cannot find a way to turn it off and the Adobe online help does not have a topic addressing them.  Thanks in advance!

Then it's not a grid line but something else. Can you share the file with us, or at least a screenshot?
