In Acrobat Online, I get the following message when clicking "Request E-signature:
"E-signing services are temporarily unavailable. Please try again later."
In the desktop version,, I get this message when I click "Specify where to sign":
"Authentication failed"
In other words, no E-signing is possible, although my account looks fine. Any help on this issue would much appreciated.
