Request E-signature doesn't work

In Acrobat Online, I get the following message when clicking "Request E-signature:

"E-signing services are temporarily unavailable. Please try again later."

 

In the desktop version,, I get this message when I click "Specify where to sign": 

"Authentication failed"

 

In other words, no E-signing is possible, although my account looks fine. Any help on this issue would much appreciated.

Would you mind checking the workflow now and letting us know if the issue is fixed for you?
