Request e-signature not accessible with Adobe Acrobat Pro license

Your Adobe Acrobat Pro subscription includes PDF and e-signing tools.
However when accessing Request e-signatures a pop-up shows up:
Contact ypur administrator
Please contact your adminsitrator to acces this feature

We have checked that your Acrobat Pro DC is a part of the End term license agreement provided by your organization. The Acrobat Sign service is not available with this plan. For more information, please refer to the following help page: https://community.adobe.com/t5/adobe-acrobat-sign-discussions/error-access-denied-on-sending-document-for-signature-from-acrobat-pro-dc/td-p/11875167.
