"An error has occurred. Please try again."
"Access token provided is invalid or has expired."
I have reinstalled, rebooted, even unsubscribed and resubscribed... to no avail.
I have had to subscribe to DocuSign to get things done.
Please Adobe, it shouldn't be this difficult!

Here's part of an email I received from Adobe Customer Services:
"We understand that you are not able to use our Send for Signature service and it will require us to manually archive the account and provision the change."
This has now happened, and it looks like it has fixed the problem.
Useful for anyone else experiencing this issue!

Hi there
Have you tried the steps suggested above? Also try requesting signatures via document cloud https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/home/ and see if that works for you.

Same issue as Mirella27824901f1xb here,
how to fix?
It seems there's not a valid common solution for every account yet.

Yes, I am encountering the same issue. There are many ways to sign dobe documents, it almost seems computer dependent which way works. I'm not sure what to do, but our entire agency is switching to Docusign because of this. It is just unfortunate to have 2 software subscriptions when you should not have to.

Hi Amal,
Linked solutions provided come a 2018 and 2020 post, that might be no longer valid for this purpose in 2023.
For example one solution suggested to turn "Adobe Sign Manage" switch on in the Adobe Document Cloud.
That switch it's not longer there, since the user interface changed and that option might be somewhere else in the Adobe account settings.
The other one seem to be a signature related issue, but not exactly this one.
Is there a more recent solution for us with the problem above?
Thanks.

Hi team,
I have installed Adobe Acrobat Pro DC and am trying to request e-signatures but to no avail - it should look like the page on my colleague's screen, but all I can see is the fill-and-sign function without the request e-signatures. Please refer to the screenshots attached - we're paying for this Pro subscription service and it's infuriating how long this is taking given that it is a paid service, worse still that it's affecting my daily work.
Like the above, I have uninstalled, re-installed, restarted my computer and done everything I possibly could and I still cannot click the request 'e-signature' button. I would like to request for the contact of the Customer Services that helped one of the people here solve their issue please, and would appreciate if you do not send me a link to a outdated forum answer that is irrelevant.
Thank you.

Hi @Rayson324045316mdy
Hope you are doing well and sorry to hear that
Is this an issue with a particular PDF file or with all the PDFs? Please try with a different PDF file and check. Also make sure the file is not secured or password protected.
What is the version of the Acrobat DC you are using? To check the version go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure you have the recent version 23.06.20320 installed. Go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.
Also try to repair the installation from the help menu (Win Only) and see if that works.
