Request e-signatures Error code 401

Some of our old accounts from our company is having problem in "Request E-siganature"  but some new accounts is not having this kind of problem, we tried reinstalling, delete the users account, and add the old user nothing happens Pls help

Is this a IT managed work computer or a personal computer? If its a Work computer, please try to contact your IT admin and see if that works.

My Error was, 401

-Log out of Adobe app
-Log out of Adobe Browser
-Close App

-Close Browser
-wait 10 seconds
-reopen app
-sign in
