Request for Refund Due to Accidental Subscription to Adobe Premium

New Here ,
Feb 12, 2024 Feb 12, 2024

Dear Adobe Support Team,

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention an issue with my Adobe subscription. Regrettably, I mistakenly subscribed to Adobe Premium, which was not my intention. I am currently a student facing financial constraints, and the subscription fee for the premium service is beyond my budget.

Given my circumstances, I kindly request a refund for the premium subscription fee. This refund would greatly assist me in covering essential expenses related to my education, such as tuition fees and course materials.

I understand that mistakes happen, and I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. I assure you that I have not utilized any premium features during this subscription period.

I would greatly appreciate it if you could expedite the refund process, as the funds are urgently needed for my educational pursuits. Please let me know if any further information or documentation is required from my end to facilitate this request.

Thank you for your understanding and prompt attention to this matter. I look forward to your favorable response.

Sincerely,

Krizhia Logatoc
