This new Adobe Acrobat is bringing me to tears...
I have sent out a form for signing--only two fields to complete by a client, that being a signature and a date. Both have the required option selected, however, the forms are coming back to me with a blank date.
How is this happening?
The problems I am having with the new Adobe Acrobat are so random, I can't figure out what is going on.
Yesterday, for EVERY form I sent out, I got the message on my screen "Something went wrong" - see the embedded image. Obviously, all my old ways of using Acrobat is not compatible with the new Acrobat. I just can't figure out which habits I have that are no longer acceptible. There are SO many and it's so random.
Anyone able to make any suggestions before I am brought to my knees? We are entering personal tax season and I have over 200 signatures to get... at this rate, we may have to switch to something that is more reliable, just to get us through. I cannot take this much time for a single document to be signed.
I am very distressed.
