Required for login

I had Adobe Acrobat Pro DC, but it keep required for login after install, I've tried many times couldn't open the software and I try to remove the software and install once again the problem still there 😞

We would like to assist you further, but to do that, we need some log files from your device to troubleshoot.

 

Would you mind collecting log files using the CC Log collector tool: How to use the Creative Cloud Log Collector tool

Also, network logs from here: How to collect a network trace | Microsoft Learn, and process logs using process monitor from here: Process Monitor - Sysinternals | Microsoft Learn.

 

Once you have collected all the logs, please upload them to any cloud drive, and share the shareable link with me. This will help me take this up with the team for further investigation.
