Hello! I'm trying to resize my pre-made PDF to fit the specific requirements for a quater page advertisement. I've looked through multiple posts with suggestions on how to accomplish this, and none of the suggestions have worked so far.
Any advice would be helpful! I don't think I have the most expensive version of acrobat, but I'm paying for the service and I have to imagine that this feature exists somewhere 🙂

You can adjust the visible page area using the Crop Pages tool and the Set Page Boxes dialog box. Cropping pages can help you create consistency within a PDF composed of pages of different sizes as described here https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/using/crop-pdf-pages.html and see if that works for you.
Note: Cropping does not reduce file size because information is merely hidden, not discarded.
