Use Acrobat DC and Win 10. When I select, Send for Shared Commenting, the reviewers receive the email and the file is attached instead in the email. However, reviewers can see and comment other reviewers comments. What is going on? Acrobat DC is an install through creative cloud.

We resolved this issue by deleting the original shared review files and storage folder, creating a new folder on our network to store and collect collaborator comments, and then re-sending out a new shared review to our SMEs. Until we upgrade later this year to the latest SharePoint version, we have been using our current version of SPoint and using a network drive to store and collect our shared review files instead of storing and sending our reviews to a SharePoint site. I believe the combination of the older version of SharePoint, the network, and the possibility of original shared review being corrupted. Anyway, we are back up and running correctly, but looking forward to the SharePoint upgrade. Thanks for your quick response. Regards

Hello,

As you have sent the document for shared commenting, could you please share the exact workflow you do to send the document?

Share the Acrobat version you are using.

Take help of the steps provided in the following help document to check the exact version number of the application.

- Identify the product and its version for Acrobat and Reader DC

What exactly you mean when you say "fils is attached instead of in the email"? Do you mean the user recipient get the document as an attachment to the email?

We will be waiting for your response.

Regards,

Meenakshi
