Rgb to CMYK image

Question

Cual es la mejor manera de pasar una imagen que hay en un PDF en RGB a CMYK y que los colores salgan igual que lo hace Photoshop.???
Normalmente lo hago desde la paleta de Pit Stop cambiando la imagen a CMYK pero los colores salen como lavados....
Hay alguna manera mejor?.
