Right side cutting off when exporting word doc to pdf

I've not had this issue before and now, when I export/ save a word document as a pdf, it creates a pdf that this super zoomed in, and has its right side cut off. Any way to solve this? Thanks!

Hi there

Hope you are doing well and sorry to hear that.

Would you mind sharing the steps you are doing to create the PDF from MS Word? Are you saving the Word document to PDF (MS process) or saving to Adobe PDF (Adobe process).

Please try to create PDF from the Acrobat ribbon present in the toolbar of MS Word and see if that helps. You may also try to create PDF form Acrobat File menu > Create > PDF from file.

Also please go through the help page https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/how-to/create-pdf-files-word-excel-website.html and see if that helps.

Regards

Amal

Hi Amal,

Thanks a lot for your response. I have been using the acrobat ribbon in MS Word (and using Create PDF) but that still renders the pdf as zoomed in and with the right side cut off.

Strangely, I tried going to Acrobat and using the create PDF ribbon there, importing the .docx file and that seems to work. It's evidently not very ideal although it now does work. Any idea/pointers where I might be hitting a roadblock with the MS word to pdf creation?

Thanks!
