Rotate Form Field Custom Angle?

Is there any way to rotate a form field a custom angle?

For example, I have a circle that is broken down in 15 equal size pie slices.  I want to rotate the Form Field text 24 degrees to correspond to angle of each pie slice.  I can not make the standard 0, 90, 180, 270 look right.  I have also tried breaking the strings into individual letters and moving those around to fit the pie sections, but that still looks a little odd.

The person that prepares the form will input this information, not the author of the form, so normal text is not an option.
