Same adobe pdf, but divers in color when jpg or png export

Question

This version give me a problem on windows 10 pro 19045.3693

The color (not the same as in page 6) is wrong for the header of the paragraf. It is exported as a jpg file and as a png file!

Below is the wrong jpg export as page 7 have the wrong color's.

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
