Sandbox Protection options missing

Hello, I am having issues with being able to unselect the Choose paper source by PDF page size. The option is greyed out and I unable to make any changes.  I see there's a fix by changing the settings in the Sandbox Protection by deselecting the Enable Protection Mode at Startup but that is missing on mine. When I go to EDIT - PREFERENCES - SECURITY (ENHANCED) the Sandbox Protections only has the Protected View Options, nothing else.  Anyone know how to get the Enable Protection Mode at Startup as option?

Hope you are doing well and sorry to hear that.

What is the version of the Acrobat DC and the OS you are using? To check the version go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure you have the recent version 23.01.2017x installed. Go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.

Also, try to repair the installation from the help menu (Win Only) and see if that works.

You may also try to create a new test user profile with full admin rights in Win or enable the root account in MAC and try using the application there and check.

Hi Amal, 

Adobe 2020 Release (Classisc) Version 2020.001.30002 on Windos 10 Pro Version 21H2.

I tried doing what was in the link and that did not work.

No such option in Acrobat 2020.
