Save As does not show my hard drive

When I open a PDF attachment from an email and then try to save it, the Save As box appears. After selecting the directory and pressing OK, the Save As box appears again, but this time I cannot see any of my directories. Instead, I can only see an E: drive, with EXT as the directory and 8rDocs as the only other directory available. I cannot save the PDF in my computer.
