Save as PDF/A with attachment error

Hello, I try to save PDF file with attachments (regardless the other PDF files, mp3 or mp4 files), and always get this error:

In the report generated in Preflight, there is this error: Err or
At least one embedded PDF file is not PDF/A complaint.

My question is: is there any workaround how to save PDF file with the attachments as PDF/A?
